New Price Comparison Booking App
The taxi industry released a new colourful service that will give consumers access to discount hail options plus a name your own price booking alternative.
The Destarny app shows a sweeping price comparison while clearly displaying current market demand (surge). Also unlike other apps the surge rate can move in both directions or below the standard X1.0 rate.
During certain periods the Destarny Service will allow consumers to hail a cab —instantly — at a rideshare rate. The service availibility is identified by a yellow roof sign and customers will just need to hail the vehicle and scan on with the app.

White Light
Standard Taxi Rates
The standard white light on the roof of a taxi signifies a standard taxi rate as regulated by Point to Point Transport Commissioner of NSW.
Yellow Light
Rideshare Price Match
A yellow roof sign signifies that the taxi will price match rideshare rates. Simply hail that individual cab, scan on and you will pay the discounted rideshare rate in a cab.
Green Light
Shared Taxi Ride
The yellowish-green sign indicates a shared green taxi ride which is 50% cheaper for 2 passengers or 75% off per passenger for a 4 person shared ride.
